WE DRIVE — Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: April 18, 2026
By using the WE DRIVE app, you agree to these Terms. WE DRIVE is operated by We Drive (Private) Limited (CUIN: 0332896), a company registered in Pakistan.
1. User Eligibility
- Drivers must be 18 years or older and hold a valid Pakistani driving license.
- All drivers must provide a clear criminal record, valid CNIC, vehicle registration, and SECP/FBR documents where required.
- Riders must be 13+ and provide accurate contact information.
2. Payments & Commission
- WE DRIVE charges a service commission on every completed ride. The current default rate is 3.6%, configurable by the platform.
- Funds in the Driver Wallet can be withdrawn once they exceed Rs. 1,000.
- Drivers may use up to Rs. 200 of emergency credit to continue accepting rides when low on balance.
- FBR-compliant invoices are issued for every transaction.
3. Code of Conduct
- Zero tolerance for harassment, unsafe driving, or any form of discrimination.
- Drivers must respect Female Privacy Protection settings when serving female riders.
- WE DRIVE acts as a technology platform connecting users and is not liable for individual driver behaviour beyond the platform's verification and safety controls.
4. Anti-Fraud & Ghost Rides
The platform uses dual GPS path-matching to detect fraudulent rides. If a driver's recorded distance does not match the rider's recorded distance, the ride is flagged and the driver may be suspended pending review.
5. Cancellation & Completion
- Drivers cannot end a ride alone. Both rider and driver must confirm completion via the dual-rating handshake.
- Repeated cancellations to dodge commission may result in account suspension.
6. Termination
WE DRIVE reserves the right to suspend or block any user or driver who violates safety protocols, dodges commission fees, or breaches these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
WE DRIVE provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, to the extent permitted by Pakistani law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lahore.
9. Contact
For complaints or queries, contact Mr. Wajid Ullah via the in-app helpline or WhatsApp.
