📋 Data Retention Policy
All deletion and cleanup requests are processed within 30 days (or 7 days for specific data cleanup).
We permanently delete all personal identifiers — name, phone number, email, and location history.
However, certain transaction and financial records (ride receipts, fare records) may be retained
for up to 6 months to comply with financial and tax regulations in Pakistan.
These retained records are anonymised — they cannot be used to identify you personally.
After processing, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email.

What will be deleted
- Profile — name, phone number, gender preference
- Complete ride history
- Saved addresses and emergency contacts
- Ratings and reviews
- Promo codes and referral credits
- Payment method preferences
What may be retained
- Transaction records required by Pakistani law (up to 5 years)
- Anonymised aggregated analytics — no personal data

Enter your registered phone number. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm via WhatsApp.

Processing will complete within 30 days.
